1  What are your business hours?

Our business hours are Monday thru Friday, 7:00AM to 4:30PM and Saturday from 9:00 AM till Noon.

2  Do you accept credit cards?

Yes, we accept Visa and Mastercard.

3  Where can I purchase spare parts for my Sled Dock/ Avalanche Trailer?

We can supply you with the right part. All you need to do is E-mail us, with a description of the part, at sales@docksystem.com or call us during business hours at 603-942-5122.

4  How long will I have to wait while you install a cap on my trailer?

We can usually install a cap in one half hour. Remember, you should make an appointment to ensure we can get you in and out in a timely manner. The removal of salt shields and traction accessories are charged extra. The Shop labor rate is $60.00 hour.

3  What is the correct tire pressure for my Sled Dock/ Avalanche trailer?

Check your tire sidewall and the labels on the trailer tongue.

Sorry to say, no. We sell our products direct to you from our factory to ensure you, the customer, receive the best product at the best price. In order to keep our prices low, we cannot take trade-ins or finance.
